RIP

frank died. he was the fish shon picked out for my aquarium and it was our love fish. well, he didn't quite "die," he was dying so i decided to pull the plug on him and flush him down the toilet to end his misery. sigh. i came home to feed my fish and i found him floating in all sorts of directions and barely able to swim. poor thang.

my cartilage piercing has been extremely infected over the week. it was swollen and the pain was throbbing. the first week of school was extremely tiring due to that and my canker sores. the pain from my ear and my mouth were the only things i could think of and it kept me from falling asleep. they were like a bad drug addiction @_@ everything wrong with me is getting better now but what a miserable week!

with all those random news being said, let's talk school. i only got one word for it, GAY!

this semester has been very demanding so far, and its only been a WEEK! each and every one of my classes require me to do so much with so little time. i don't like my chinese teacher. she makes things so difficult and is a damn harsh grader. i love the ACE program and my freshmen class. i need to stay focus and on track for that class. finance is eh, the teacher is pretty cool but his monotonous voice is killing me in the mornings. my service management professor is pretty awesome. she is so lively but her class work/schedule is a killer. i'm glad UH gave out free planners cuz it is saving my life. gosh, this was just the first week, i can't imagine next week!

so far my week on the beach has been successful. monday i went to sherwood with the guys and that was pretty fun. i watched the time traveler's wife that night. it was.....different. it wasn't too much my cup of tea. i think i would enjoy district 9 more lol. tuesday we went to lanikai and kailua. i really wanted to go kayaking so we were able to do that! after that experience, i don't think i'll be doing that for awhile. it was a lot of fun but extremely tiring. we paddled out to the flat island which was pretty neat. the only downer was that the kayak rental place made us drag our kayaks to the beach and back. those mofos are HEAVY.

yesterday was my last day at enterprise. it just happened to be "one of those days." ugh. i woke up decently early so i could make it to starbucks for a coffee but as i was leaving, i forgot my gas tank was running on empty so i wasted 10 precious minutes filling gas and taking an alternative route to work. i was lucky to find a parking along the street but i was already running late :( chose an easy job to do which was to just move cars back and forth. cut a turn too short and scraped the van i was driving along a pillar. it was a nasty scrape over the back tire. OOOOPS. had to report and record that accident T_T. almost got into an accident cuz i was stupid and running low on patience. went to out to lunch with shon and was almost late going back to work. rawr. whichever the case, the day ended up ok. as with any job, it was a bittersweet moment. so glad to get the hell outta there and enjoy what's left of summer but at the same time, miss my coworkers and the accomplished feeling i got out of it each day.

after work, vincent and i went to ala moana to do some shopping! i want to change my entire look but don't have the money or the will. went to godiva since i had a gift card and signed up for membership so we could get free chocolates every month ;) we both got those chocolate drinks and free chocolates. unfortunately for them, their systems were down so couldn't get our info into the registry and by trust, told us to go back to reapply. psh, yeah right. we later went to barnes and noble where we purchased dirty minds. that game was retarded cuz it went by extremely quick and didn't quite make sense :/

jon's house was a lot of fun. i think my so-called alcohol allergy is a crock. after half a beer i started to get red but the more i drank, the more normal i got. GOOD SIGN!!! i played poker for real kine for the first time in awhile. it was a lot of fun and i wasn't the first person out. yay! left around 3am and hit up liliha bakery with shon. their steak and eggs were a joke but the pancakes were always a good choice :)

this week, i will be living on the beach. care to join??? monday is possible surfing lesson, tuesday is kayaking, wednesday...yeah idk about this day. and every other day after is up for grabs. do it!

fml AGAIN

OK, so while writing my 20 page paper, i needed to get this textbook for reference. i went to the bookstore and bought back my textbook for $120 or more. so expensive. i think someone in my family threw away my receipt and according to the bookstore policy, i cant return shit without a receipt. UGHHHHHHHHHHH! T_T

this weather has been a major letdown. i wanted it to be like an actual storm, not some passing showers. gay.

holy monkeys, it's already august 10th! happy august! i am done with my internship class, chee! at least i passed ;) UH TIM school gave me a $3000 scholarship. i'm pretty excited about that but i feel like i'm cheating the system. i don't apply for ANYTHING at UH and yet i get all these grants and random scholarships. here's to more taxes and a new computer :D

today i had a bbq thingy at my pool. i think this is the last year i'm hosting one for more than 10 ppl. i hate dealing with the douche bag management and security in my apartment. i should've saved some food for my dad but i totally forgot. i wasn't planning on going upstairs afterwards @_@

i have one more week left in my internship. i am sooooo excited to be done with it! you guys reading it have no idea how stoked i am! in a way i will miss my coworkers and position since this was my most fulfilling job but in the end, i don't think the car rental biz is for me. i hope now that the stress is dying down, i will be less cranky towards everyone. i'm sorry to everyone i've snapped at or bitched at. (kevin, namely) hahaha. but seriously tho, sorry guys!!!

everyone is leaving one by one. so sad. sarah left today, samson is leaving this thursday and leon leaves next tuesday. sigh. i wished i spent more time with everyone. hopefully over this week and next i can. i'm super excited for this weekend so i hope to PARTYYY!
